Question Having trouble getting PC to boot

I just finished my build 2 days ago but today I decided to exchange the GTX 1660 for a RTX 2060, after I installed it the video just cut off suddenly while playing a game, only 5 minutes in.

After a restart it had trouble getting pass the bios boot logo and menu so I decided to reinstall windows.

After the installation completed, it won't even show the bios boot logo anymore.

Also, the fans go to max when it turns on now, it didn't used to do that before.

It was working perfectly fine before with the GTX 1660

i7 9700k (Stock)
MSI Z390-A Pro
Cooler Master Hyper 212
16 GB 2666 GHz 2 x 8 gb (Single channel, dual channel not working, i think i need to update bios)
500 GB Intel 660p M.2 SSD
Seasonic 520W PSU
Gigabyte PCIe Wifi/Bluetooth Adapter

212 can't cool a 9700k and PSU is not the greatest for a high end build.

I'm only planning to use this until I can get my hands on a water cooler, so far it seems okay at stock speeds, I was getting 60C while gaming.

Do you think the PSU has something to do with the GPU cutting out and not being able to boot?

Probably not , but would have gone with at least a 550w Seasonic Focus Gold. The one in your setup is much older model.
