Its ok being light on facts but you haven't mentioned why you are having problems. You mention you used it on Win7 so you surely don't want a how to install the client program for purevpn do you?

There's nothing to install in order to use PureVPN:
- you need your target server name (eg us1.purevpn.net)
- you need your username and password from email you've got when you signed for the service (it is also in your profile page)
- setup new VPN connection over PPTP

hi i have tried loading the app at least 4 times
it does not seem to want to work with my internet connection
like i say if i hold the mouse arrow over the internet icon on the bottom right of my computer it says not connected
i have talked to there support am very frustrated
it works fine on my other computer with windows 7

Wrong.
You don't need any additional software under Windows 7 / 8 / 10 in order to use PureVPN over PPTP.

i have talked to the purevpn people about 5 times
it is like they do not no what to do with there own system
when i first contacted them i explained what is happening and the rep could not even understand that i had it already installed. he ran me around for about an hr looking for a app i had already installed.
i am so sick of reinstalling the purepvn on my ssd drive and it doing the same thing
