Having trouble installing the Hyper 212 Evo

I'm trying to install the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo onto an ASRock FM2A88X+ motherboard. I'm trying to install the backplate but neither of the sets of provided standoff fit into the screw hole of the bracket. One set doesn't screw in at all, and the other, the screw threading just gets pushed straight through the screw hole without actually screwing in. Any help is appreciated!

The bracket doesn't have screw holes, they give you nuts to put on the other side of the bracket

The bracket goes on the underside of the motherboard unless your case lets you access the underside of the motherboard you'll need to pull it out to do the install. As Chem said use the nuts to secure the cooler to the backplate. You might see if you can find a video on Youtube.
