Having trouble resetting Asus Laptop

I am trying to reset a friends asus x551m laptop but everytime it boots it says your computer needs installation media but he does not have the disk or a usb drive with a backup. Where can I download a factory image. I have no way to get his key either.

tap F9 as its booting up
