Having trouble running arma 3 over 20fps

Hello ive been having trouble running arma 3 over 20 fps on any settings i cant seem to get decent play out of the game

Gpu: Gainward Gefore GTX 770 Phantom 4Gb

Cpu: AMD FX 4300 Quad Core processor 3.80GHz

8Gb RAM

Arma3 is really CPU intensive and FX4300 is kinda old and on top of this the game is poorly optimized.
