Question Having trouble to boot a new customer build computer

I was building a custom build PC with the spec below. After the assemble, I found that there’s no signal output from my gpu and the computer will shut down automatically after a minute I boot it. What should I do because I now can’t even boot it into bios to do literally anything.
Specs:
CPU:AMD Ryzen 3700x
GPU:EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER BLACK GAMING
MOBO:GIGABYTE X570 I AORUS PRO WIFI
RAM:CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB)
HARD DISK:SAMSUNG 970 EVO M.2 2280 1TB
CASE:NZXT H1 with AIO and 650W power

Take everything out and assemble just minimum of parts.
