Solution
You need to go into the BIOS and reduce the Minimum CPU Fan Speed Alarm setting. It is prolly set at about 600 RPM and just lower it to 300 RPM. Your fans aren't turning fast enough at boot and they are tripping this alarm. Common Asus problem.

Is it plugged into the CPU fan header? I have an ASUS Z87 - Pro Motherboard in here and there are two 4 pint headers up there, and one marked CPU and is a different color. The reason for two, is one is meant for a secnd fan if you run one in a Push / pull configuration.
