Question Having trouble with BIOS update

So I have my new motherboard, an Asus ROG Strix B350-F. Screen works and I have access to the BIOS. Could someone tell me which version of the BIOS I have to install. And, I also noticed that the yellow green-ish light is lighting up. I read that it means BOOT. Does that mean I have to reboot my pc? Idk.
