Having trouble with my motherboard

I have a h270f asus strix motherboard, but i have a problem. Everytime i screw it little bit harder the power goes off, like the motherboard it self has power, but it doesn’t want to pass it to other things, the only way it works rn is if i loose it up and everything needs to be in certain way.

It sounds very much like something under the motherbd is shorting out. Please remove the mothebd and make sure nothing is underneath except for the stand-off's and that all of those line up with the holes for them in your motherbd.

Also if you had installed a new CPU heatsink retaining bracket, doublecheck that its installed properly.
