This is my system:

I was running the GPU-Z program to monitor the machine and I got this output at the time of the crash:

At the time of the crash, I was actually trying to make this post, but usually it crashes while playing a game.

When I built my machine, my power supply had a situation similar to this: https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/asrock-z390-8-4-cpu-power.3415759/

Are there any ideas? Should I just get a new power supply? Could it be the video card? Not sure what’s going on, and I would appreciate some advice. If I do purchase a new power supply, how can I get one that has all the right cables for a motherboard like mine (please see the parts picker above for the full list)?
