Having trouble with windows 10

I built my computer recently and the icons just keeps flashing and moving around. At first, it only happens sometimes but it it getting annoying. When this happens, I cannot type or click, I've try administrative tools and many things, nothing work. Please help me!!!

Where did you get your Windows installation from?
Please detail your system components to include model numbers.

I purchase the windows license from Newegg and install it with a USB onto the computer
Specs:
Ryzen 3 1200
Gtx 1050ti
Kingston fury 8Gb 2113 MHz Ddr4
Ssd 128gb(I think it is Adata)
Western digital 1gb had
Windows 10 64 bit
Msi b350m tomahawk

Did you install all the drivers, including the SATA drivers?
Have you tried a different SATA Port?
Do you have a spare hard drive that you could use to test a fresh Windows 10 install?

Unfortunately I do not have an extra drive. I check all the drivers they are all fresh and updated. Can you identify the situation? Because I can find a appropriate name to describe the flashing

Well, you said there was a video in the description, but I don't see a link to any video, so I don't know exactly what you're talking about. If the drivers are up to date, then I expect it's either the windows installation itself or the SSD. That's why I was hoping for an extra HDD to do a fresh install, without the SSD installed and see if the problem still exists

It turns out the my keyboard's tab key is faulty and it keeps registering itself over and over again, nothing to do with the system.
