I'm attempting to setup a minecraft server, I have port forwarded the port, and booted up the server. The server is set to a static IP
Attempted to run multiple testers online to see if it was open, as well as used telnet on port 25565 from a computer other then the one the server was running on, without luck. (But of course, I can telnet the port on the computer the server is running on). I telnet'ed with both the external IP and the internal IP of the computer.
Of course along with telnet I attempted to connect through the minecraft client, without luck.
Disabled the firewall on the router, no luck.
My router model is an Asus RT-AC86U, and my internet provider is Cox.
I'm out of ideas, you have any?
