Question Having troubles running Apex Legends with beef(ier) laptop

Hey all, title is pretty self explanatory. I have a more powerful laptop and am having troubles reaching 60 FPS on Apex Legends. I'm fairly stumped.

My laptop

• OS: Windows 10 64 bit
• CPU: Intel Core 17-7700HQ
• Ram: 8GB
• GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050
• GPU RAM: 2GB
• Harddrive: 735 GB free on drive its installed on

Recommended System Requirements from APEX

• OS: 64-bit Windows 7
• CPU: Intel i5 3570K or equivalent
• RAM: 8GB
• GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 970 / AMD Radeon R9 290
• GPU RAM: 8GB
• HARD DRIVE: Minimum 22 GB of free space

Your GTX 1050 2GB exceeds the minimum requirment, but it doesn't meet the recommended requirement (GTX 970 4GB). You can try lowering in-game resolution and/or graphics settings to reach 60fps.
