Hi,
Lately, these artifacts are getting more frequently when im gaming (BF4), and the GPU isnt even hot. It never goes above 70 degrees, and mostly its around 60-65 degrees celsius.
It has been OC'ed, but not much. From 1070 core to 1110MHz, with max VDDC voltage 2.39v (Original 2.38) The artifacts are flashing, so its not there permanent. When I exit the game or alt-tab out, the artifacts isnt there on the desktop etc. It could be like lines squares etc, but now it's also like green old TV style that flashes... And the GPU was stock for all day today..
Is the GPU damaged? Is it possible to check wether it's damaged or not by disassemble it? Would the company actually see if I have opened it once? Cuz I applied new paste on it once.
Could a OC'ed CPU cause artifacts like this? Cuz its OC'ed from 3.8 to 4.3GHz with 1.38VCORE if I recall right.
spec
AMD FX-4300
Sapphire Radeon R9 270X 2GB (DUAL-X, OC Edition)
650w PSU (CoolerMaster G650M)
