[SOLVED] having weird crashes, cant figure it out haaaalp!!

ryzen 1600x
rog strix b450-f gaming
32gb vengeance 3200mhz
rx5700xt
evga 750w

im having this issue where my computer keeps crashing no matter if im gaming or on desktop, first the usb ports stops working, then game freezes, wifi goes out, then reboots after a minute.

or sometimes while gaming the screen goes black then comes back 30 sec after but with minimum graphics just like if i lost the driver.

temps are good for both cpu and gpu.
tried new memory stick, same issue.
tried a rtx2080 super , same issue.
changed psu, same issue.

help!?

This is quite a weird issue. Have you tried updating your bios to the latest version? Does the black screen then worse graphics also happen with the 2080? If not you could also try updating the Radeon driver, given that these are fairly new cards and amd has been having a few driver issues with them, that could be the issue in that particular scenario
