Hayward Control Panel

I have a Hayward SwimPure Plus control panel for my salt cell system. The motherboard inside the control panel needs to be replaced, however, there are a few wires I'm struggling to remove. It seems like they should just slide out, but I don't want to tug to hard and create another problem for myself. I've attached a few pictures so you can see the connections I'm talking about. Any suggestions?

do you have blade connectors on the new board? If so I would just go ahead and pull them off. Do the manufacturers have a support number though? - might be an idea trying there first.
