HD 3650 Replacement Fan?

So, I have an old Sapphire Radeon HD 3650 512MB 128-bit DDR2 AGP card (although it looks like this). The crappy fan on it has finally given out though. I like to keep this old machine running since I have a collection of old games and this card runs 99% of them somewhat flawlessly.

Anywho, I suck at finding replacement fans and was wondering if someone would be so kind as to help me find one that would work for the card (and wasn't too expensive)? Or at least tell me how to figure out what I'd need to do to find out the fan specifics to replace it. I've found old posts regarding it, but most of the fans are discontinued that specifically say they work for the 3650.

It's either that or I find some capacitors and try reviving an old 7600GS that got felled by the capacitor plague.

It's 22 dollars and lists the 3650 as being compatible.
