this psu is of hp dc 7900 but i have dc 7800 but it and i psu have similar ratings

i want to run hd 4650 which i am gettting for free and save money for hd 7750 ( buying again )

It is right on the margin. The card alone can use up to 150W based on reviews I've seen. Assuming that supply actually outputs the wattage they claim and you lost about 20% due to aging you are right on the edge.
