HD 5450 plays game but no video

I installed a Radeon hd 5450 so I could play online game World of Tanks. Onboard video had 2-5 fps. new card gives 28-45 fps. game plays smooth also play League of Legends. If I try to open YouTube or Skype computer locks up.
I installed card, started system, downloaded Driver Version 13.251.0.0 from AMD. Restarted computer went into BIOS. It said onboard video disabled. I didn't see any thing that said make PCI e primary. I assume windows 7 just does it automatically. living without video PLEASE HELP!!

Once you install GPU its automatically disable the internal graphics or sets it to AUTO.It's not GPU problem but it will be a software problem try doing a clean installation of windows!
