HD 5770 Problems

Hello All

I just brought the ATI HD 5770 and fitted it into my pc and after fitting it in it doesnt seems to work as in it doesnt give a display on any of its outputs. I know about static and i had a anit-static band on. What do i do?

Crucial Ballistix Memory 2X2G
OCZ StealthXStream 600W
Western Digital 500G SATA

And yes i've put the 6-pin in and the fan moves around when its on.
