whats the problem.

200 FPS...

on an LCD that only refreshes at 60 Hz

...and you're worried there's a problem...

*sigh*

Well - In cases where your GPU is relatively unloaded but there's still some limitation, then the first place I would look is the CPU.

But to be honest, when the game is refreshing more than three times as fast as the monitor, I should think the only problem is one of perception on the part of the user.

have you turned AA and AF to maximum, as well as set the monitor to it's highest resolution?
you seem to be experiencing the exact reverse of what most people get, usually games will start with stock settings of anywhere between 1024x768 to 1280x960, 1600x900 and you are using a card mainly used on monitors running 1920x1200 with 8x AA and 16x AF (eyecandy)
try cranking up the settings of the game and crank the resolution to max your monitor can support then run the benchmark again, you'll probably see a little different results

also remember your eye can only see at a little over 30fps so i wouldnt worry if you are getting 200fps currently, that number will still rise with new driver updates
