You may be able to play them but the FPS will be so low it will not be very playable. So really the answer is no. Try to get at least a 6670.

HD 7770 is a great mid range gaming card. It will handle all listed games on medium-ultra settings depending on resolution.

+1 to what sunius said assuming you have at least a reasonable CPU to go with it. If your budget is higher there are some real bargains on the 7850s at the moment which will be good for Ultra in just about any game ay 1920x1080.
