my bord is ddr 3 not ddr5
No, the ddr5 is the memory on the card, not for the memory on your motherboard.

The GT 730 GDDR5 or GT 1030 GDDR5 both draw half about half the power of the HD 6570 1 GB you were asking about, and are more likely to run without changing your psu.
You need to look for the GDDR5 models of those cards, because there are crippled versions - the GT 730 DDR3 & GT 1030 SDDR4 - that will perform worse.

I have run a 55W card (Radeon R7 250E) on a Dell Small Desktop Inspiron, with a Haswell Pentium CPU (54W) with a 220W PSU. But, the label showed that it provided 18A on the 12V rail, thus 216W available. Never had an issue with it.

The 1GB variant of the 6570 appears to be DDR3, which, if this link is correct, puts the card at being 44W.

The 2GB variant uses GDDR5 and, again, if this other link from the same site is correct, puts it at 60W.

I don't think the DDR3 variant of the 6570 would be a problem, but without seeing the label on the PSU, and how many amps it makes available on the 12V rail, I couldn't say for sure.

If this label is the same as yours, it seems like you should be safe.
