hd 6790 for 32" monitor

hey dude,,,i have 32" led tv/monitor and i hook up with my gt940,,,but there is a problem, there is a static display,,so im planing to buy hd 6790 1gb gddr5,,,any comments pls,,,,tnx

yap,,,farcry 3 & sniper ellite,,,,i was comparing between hd 6790 & 550 ti

it works but there is static even i just watching video or even browsing,,,is there any other factor affecting my display?
