As the title says I have a problem with my XFX HD 6850. Whenever I try to play anything, in rare cases even with youtube videos, the screen will flicker and split. I made a recreation of what will happen to the picture during this. Any ideas as to the cause or recommendations on what I can do moving forward would be great.
If the consensus is that the video card is dying/almost dead what would be the best video card for around $150, could go up to $200 if it makes a lot of difference but don't want to spend too much.
