Question HD 6850 with 280w psu ?

Hey everyone, i want to get a amd radeon hd 6850 card
for my dell optiplex 755 desktop case
and it's have a 280w psu, is that possible?
oh, i forgot to tell u about my pc specs
c2q q9400
5.5gb ram ddr2
hd 5450 512mb (will change it to 6850)
2 hdd's (250gb+150gb)
dvd writer (but don't use it, cuz i use his cable for the another hdd)
280w psu OEM 'from dell'

280w is too light.

thank you, but.. what will happen if i put it in with this 280w psu? i know he might get burned, but.. i saw the list and searched about my hd 5450, it's 330w req but it worked with me without any problems.. then why don't do the same with 6850?
