before i order the "HIS hd 6870" just a quick question.Considering that i have to power the phenom x4 970 (125 TDP) and hd 6870 (150 TDP ) with a Corsair cx430. will it be safe? Ill NOT be overclocking or running the games at ULTRA.
ill be playing on medium settings for games like Crysis 3 and far cry 3..
P.S what can happen if psu fails to power the system adequately? does it burn or the system simply shuts down?

Processor - Phenomx4 970
gfx - hd 6870
psu - cx430
NOTE* The reason am going for a hd 6870 is because its "Used" and am getting it at the same price as id get a NEW hd 7770.
