HD 6870 vs GTX 560 SLI/Crossfire

Hey guys, I know these cards are very similar in single card performance, but I am wondering how close they are when SLI'd or Crossfired? Any benchmark references I can look at? Also, Will a 630W 80+ certified PSU power a system fine with either of these cards SLI'd or Crossfired?

What are your full system specs?(CPU,RAM,etc.)

6870 Crossfire

The thing about the GTX560 is that all of them are priced higher than the 6870.Making the final cost more expensive than a 6870 crossfire.But it does seem that in most of the games the 6870 crossfire is faster than the GTX560 SLI.

6870 crossfire is generally a bit faster tha gtx 560 sli.

Their was an article that proved it has microstutering but that issue wasn't there back when they released.I'm thinking it is driver related and it can be fixed with future drivers.The article also stated that the GTX560 SLI has the same issues.

tecmo and mousemonkey both run sli 560ti's.... I wonder if they had some input on the subject

Those are "ti".The OP is talking about the GTX560-non ti verison.

did not catch that; the gpus that aren't having issues with tandem setups are the higher end ones. Sucks because two mid ranged gpus were the talk o the town with the 4xx and 5xxx series
