HD 6950 400w psu

I came up on an old gpu hd 6950. I got a b150 m3 gaming mobo with an Intel g4560. I ordered a 400 EVGA psu. Is that too little power. Or can I try it out? Will it mess things up. Or should I just return it before I open it. I was trying to save money. Psu was 25 bucks on Amazon. I'mma use a 4g ram stick to begin with to see if things work.

Ended up trying it out. Everything seems to be working. Even played fartnite on high setting 1080p for a while. Is there anything I should worry about.
