So I am thinking about getting a Gigabyte Radeon HD 6950 for about 90 bucks but I also have to upgrade my PSU. Since I am on a very tight budget, I managed to find this PSU (http://www.upload.ee/image/3683189/psu.jpg) with 480 watts.
What I'm asking you guys is will the PSU run the HD6950 and the rest of my not-so-high-end computer.

My current specs (before the upgrade):
Intel Core i3-2120 @3.3GHz (2 cores, 4 threads)
4Gb DDR3-RAM
2 5400rpm HDDs. (250Gb and 500Gb)
1280x1024 monitor.
DVD-RW drive

And again, I'm on a really tight budget.
Any suggestions are welcome, though!
Thanks.

Judgin by the 25A at 12V, it should be able to. You need also 2xPCIE 6pins. Can you check that?
Cause 6950 needs 2x6.

ps: Sorry I thought that you didn't already buy it.

edit: Is this your PSU? http://skinflint.co.uk/codegen-p-case-480x-a500014.html
If yes then you need to buy a new one.

The PSU I want to buy has one 6 pin but I have a molex to 6 pin adapter.
So does it mean I can't run it?

Well you can use an adapter but... an adapter doesn't guarantee anything. You can try if you want though.

My advise is to skip that noname P-case PSU and give a few backs more for a branded one. PSU is a vital part of the PC.
Is the difference so much for a CX500?
