I'm building a new rig, primarily for Skyrim (also some BF3). Given the option, do I go with:
GIGABYTE GV-R695OC-1GD Radeon HD 6950 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card ($250-$20 rebate=$230)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125385
OR
MSI N460GTX Hawk GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card x2 ($320-$35 rebate x2=$250)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127518
Should I be concerned about micro-stuttering or using outdated hardware with the 460's in SLI? What will give me better performance? And if someone has a better suggestion, please share. I am open to anything as long as it is not too expensive and gives me great performance. Thanks a ton.
