HD 6970 or GTX 560 ti

Okay, so i am planning an upgrade for my computer, currently, I have a 6770, and I will be getting some money for xmas and these two cards (though used, i dont mind), are within my budget. Which of the two would be better, and would it be a worthwhile upgrade or not?

The 560 ti is closer to me and easier to get to.

6970 without a doubt.

The memory bandwidth alone is almost 40% greater, on most games you will see at least 10% higher frame rate. The radeon card also will overclock much nicer giving you another 5-10% edge over the geforce card. The only downside to the 6970 is the fact that it will use a little more power.

I'm not much of an overclocker, ive never had to, but at least the option will be there. Power isn't an issue either, recently got a new power supply that will be able to handle it, a EVGA 750B2. Friend offered me a GTX 770 for £150 but thats wayyyy out of my budget though i think the price is good.
