HD 6970 vs HD 7850

A quick question!
I m going to upgrade my pc and i need your help!

Whick one is the best to buy for my rig and why?

HIS Radeon HD 6970 IceQ - 2 GB GDDR5

or

SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 7850 Dual-X

Some quick internet shopping sees that the 6970 is very close to the 7850. An overclocked 7850 is even closer. Plus, 7850 uses less power. Which is cheaper also? That is a good factor to consider.

They are at the same price range!

Plus the 7850 is only 1GB...

In most benchmarks 6970 was faster than 7850...
