HD 6970 vs R7 370 which one to choose and why

Hi All,

I compared HD 6970 and R7 370 in GPU boss. In which Both are almost similar and many areas was dominated by 6970.

There is almost 35$ difference in Price. As far as I know 6970 will need a lot of power. Suggest me ur comments. Will MSI 970 Motherboard compatible with 6970 ??...

I am not gonna record my game or stream it ... I just want a good budget gaming machine

In this case I would recommend the 370.

The 300 series in general is a rehash of the 200 series which in turn was a rehash of the HD 7000 series. Which was a decent improvement over the 6000 series.

You're getting much more current tech, better specs, lower power usage ... yeah 370 would get my vote.
