Those cards are about equal in terms of performance. They're also both quite old cards, is there any specific reason your looking at those cards in perticular?

If your after a low power card your best bet is the new GTX 750 or 750ti (the latter being the fastest card you can buy that doesn't need an external power connector)....

If power isn't an issue, there are probably better cards you can get for your money from the current range. The radeon R7 250X for example is based on the more powerful HD7770 and doesn't cost much.
