HD 7750 Enough For Gta V ?

Is an HD 7750 enough for gta v on 1600x900 medium settings ?
other parts are : I5 2500k 4Gb ram.

Definitly low, GPU is about as good as a PS4 which runs at 720p @30fps. While I have no idea about quality settings, I doubt it will be anywhere close to high or Ultra PC settings.

There is no way to know how well GTA V will run on any PC until its out. I too have a 7750 and 1600*900 monitor so i am hoping i can play on medium. But since i have only a dual core cpu, i don't even know if GTA V will even support it.
Also you really need to upgrade your ram to 8GB. No way 4GB will let you play GTA V smoothly.
