HD 7750 Max Performance!!

i want max out of my current system i.e. Core i3-540 paired with hd7750 and 8gig. 1600mhz memory, do i need OC'ing my rig and also I'm planning for 40"LED TV or its better to get a monitor instead.

I'd get a monitor. Yes OC your CPU and GPU. I'd get a good cooler on the CPU and GPU.
