"HD 7750 vs GT 740 1GB GDDR5 Low Profile"

Hello everyone..... I just want to know which card is Better.....
The Sapphire "HD 7750 or Zotac GT 740"
Both are 1GB GDDR5 and Low Profile.......
I Have:
q6600 2.4Ghz
320GB WD hard Drive
4GB (2GBx2GB) DDR3 1333Mhz RAM
240 watt intel PSU

I know you will say Upgrade PSU but the psu is still running GT610 1GB DDR3.... That requires at least 350watt Power Supply.....
I will be playing Modern Games such as Watch Dogs, Assassijns Creed Unity, Dying Light, Ryse Son Of Rome, Advanced Warfare etc At 1024x768 Resolution from Low to Medium settings.....
So Can I play Those games at these settings......

the 7750 is faster by a slight bit, and when I slight you might not even notice the difference between the two.
