HD 7770 GetDeviceRemovedReason error

Hi there!

Conf:
MSI HD 7770
FX-6300
4gb ram

My HD 7770 is underclocked to 900 mhz core, when I turn that to 1ghz I can't play any dx11 games ( I haven't tested below dx11 ), the game just freeze at startup and I get this error ( not from me but I have same error ): http://img23.imageshack.us/img23/5956/pwno.png

In your pic, it says it's a 7800 Series card?

I have copy-ed that picture, my problem is the same except HD 7800 I have 7700 series
