Hello,i have a hd 7770 1gb gddr5. Can i play forza horizon 3 with the new performance fix,with steady 30 fps? If yes what seetings and resolution?

720p at low settings I would think 10 - 20 fps probably

Why does my gpu perform so poorly? I play gta v on high with avg of 40 fps??
