hd 7770 or r7 250x??

Solution

The R7 250X is just a re-badged 7770. So with that in mind, the Gigabyte 7770 you mention, with its factory overclock, is better than a reference R7 250X. The difference between the two isn't exactly huge though, so it's not worth paying more than $5-$10 more for the 7770.
Hd 7770 , coz it has somewhat better texture and pixel rate , also is clocked at higher speeds , see here

I dont know about that Gigabyte gv r7770 card , but diference shud be minimal , but price difference is much more , considering R7 250x is arnd 100$ !
And Hd 7770 is at least 120+ $
In that same amount you get a R7 260x which is much much better than both of them :
