HD 7770 vs HD 7790

In the post there's the stock 7790 and the dual-x, the 7770 sapphire has a oc clock at 1100MHz and the 7790 has it at 1000MHz, does it make any difference in gaming?

if they were the same model the clock would dictate which performs better, you'd have to overclock the 7770 quite a bit more to get to 7790 performance levels. 7790 will be better for pretty much everything.
