Question HD 7790 in 2019?

Hi, i'm planning using a eGPU for my laptop, saw a HD 7790 at a good price on my country, how is it compared to a ddr3 950m?

The desktop is a good step up from a 7790.... the mobile 950M is likely in the same general ballpark.
Anything you want to rig together will likely have limited PCIe lanes available - I'm not aware of any 950M equipped laptop with native eGPU capabilities (TB etc)

Given that, you'd likely hinder the 7790 further... making the 950M the better performer outright.

So, using an eGPU with a r9 270x will it be faster than my 950m (ddr3) to some video render in vegas pro and some not that heavy games?

It might be simmilar performance, but the performance drop from using any gou as an egpu will be severe.

I would avoid wasting money on an Egpu for little improvement as any egpu will be severly bandwidth starved.
