HD 7850 vs GTX 750 Ti ?

Which one could play games on ultra or max ? my resolution is 1024 x 768

HD 7850 cost about 30$ less here in my country, but since my psu cant handle this thing (and my psu makes some sound, like scratching, its annoying), i will buy a psu, just not to kill this gpu.

and the psu cost about 40-50$.

At that resolution I would choose whichever card is cheaper for you. Both cards should have zero problems running any game on max settings at 720p. As for your PSU I would definitely replace it. The one you have right now sounds really scary to me O__O

7850 is the old version of r9 270 and as u can see both of them are neck to neck in performance go for the hd 7850 as its more cheaper...

how about GT 740 ? is it good ? can it run all games max on my resolution ?

no its ok, but will this play max on all games ?
its more cheaper if I wont buy a psu, but when I buy a psu... it will cost more than gtx 750.. should i go for gtx ?

As stated by the above user, the 740 is a huge downgrade compared to the other two cards. The GT series of cards are made to be cheap discrete cards for usually prebuilt PCs and are not designed for any sort of gaming. Cards bearing the GTX nomenclature are manufactured with gaming in mind and will bear much more fruitiful results.
I would recommend you decide between one of the other two cards you have chosen rather than go into the lower average-consumer GPU tier that is usually on par with integrated GPUs.

If it's cheaper I would go for it. The GTX 750 would still run on your current PSU. (even though I would replace it anyway because of the description you gave of it)

740 i dont think so but at your resolution 750 ti or 7850 will ..........but not max u have to turn off the vsync and lower the msaa in some demanding games but you can set the details to ultra .....

not good mate the gtx 750 can run on a 350 watt psu but the quality of psu still matters.....gtx 750 or 750 ti needs 20amp @12+ volt in single rail.......
