Can this 7850 overclock well (possibly 1200mhz core, 1500mhz memory w/o overvolting)? or should i get a different brand thats 200USD or less like Gigabyte(im not interested in a 7870).

Which one? They overclock really well so I think any 7850 with decent coolers should do it.

No it's not bad. Do not underwhelm 1 fan cards. But anyway $10 more for the sapphire one is a good deal though.

I have the Sapphire 2gb one and I OC:ed it to 1050 Core clock and 1398 Memory clock without over Volting and it NEVER goes above 55 Celcius after gaming for 6 hours straight!
