Question HD audio header adapter

I recently bought an lenovo edge 71 motherboard, in the beginning it seemed that most of everything had standard pinouts and connectors, there were a few proprietary connectors but nothing i needed, until i hit the audio header which is proprietary, so does anyone know of something like an usb to hd audio header adapter cable i could get so that i do not have to deal with custom wiring, if not does anyone know the pinout for the audio connector on the motherboard?

i found an adapter i think will work, only $10 each, should've spent the extra $10 and gotten a standard motherboard, however if this is the only issue i can find and if i can in the future just make the connectors myself it may be worth the saved money, but for the moment it is not. for anyone who is curious here is a link to the cable i found.
