HD Caviar black vs Velociraptor

I am looking at purchasing 2 of these drives to run in a RAID 1 config, and I wanted to see what everyone's thoughts were regarding them. I will be using these for a lot of Video Blogging and storage. Will the 300GB Velociraptors be large enough or should I sacrifice a little bit of speed for larger capacity? thx

the western digital blacks really wouldn't even be that much slower
the cost for 2 x 300GB vraptor is $450, with that you could get 4 WD black 1TB and then do raid 10 (so if a drive fails, you don't loose everything), also instead of having 600GB of space you would have 2TB of space

though a backup is really what needs to be done in case of failure, or a house burning down

The velociraptors will be noticeably faster, but there is definitely a huge disadvantage in cost.

Thank you for your thought on this. I think that for the cost you are right to go with the 1TB's
