I answered BrightView previously. It's basically a glossy screen.
Anti-glare usually refers to a matte screen, which means that the LCD panel has a matte coating. The matte coating will generally diffuse reflections and light, so this means you won't have to deal with glare or reflections that much, so it's more usable outdoors, but the colors are less vivid and the blacks are not as deep.

To summarize BrightView vs anti-glare:
BrightView Pros:
-Vivider colors and deeper blacks than anti-glare
Cons:
-Glare issues. If you

Matte Pros:
-Nowhere near as much issue with glare/reflections, since they get diffused.
Cons:
-Worse image quality.

Brightview - Glossy finish

Adv :
Bright/crisp colours
Good to use in room without much lighting.

Disadv:
Extremely reflective.

Anti-Glare/Matte - Its matte finish. It has anti reflective coating.

Adv :
Doesnt reflect light, so you get good viewing experience even you ave (sun) lights around.

Disadv :
Video/Image looks COMPARITIVELY dull (its shows original colour, where as brightview shows enhanced colours)

I prefer Brightview as I mostly use it inside my room - without much light.

Another thing is in HP - If you go for FullHD 1080p - It doesnt have Brightview display (only Matte finish).

After all its all about personal preference.
