hd not as nice

Hi I recently bought a entry level gaming system
My specs are
I7 4770k 4.2ghz
Asrock z87 pro 4
8g 1600 mhz ram
Gigabyte r9 290 oc edition
Thermaltake 650 tough power

I also bought a JVC LT-32N345A Televisions . When i connected it with the hdmi cabel my recommended resolution where 1360 × 768 but im able to put it on 1920 x 1080p but it doesn't look that nice ? On the box of the television it says the resolution are 1920 x 1080p

May the problem be a setting in my ccc

any help please ?

What do you mean it doesn't look that nice, what exactly is wrong with it?

What exactly do you mean when you say "not nice"? can you post a screenshot?

I assume that the image does not cover the entire screen area (it is smaller than full screen) and that it it blurry? This is most likely, since all AMD cards do that when connected to TV via HDMI. If this is your case, you will need to adjust overscan setting in your Catalyst Control Center. It has to be turned off.

My icons is a bit rough around the edges . It doesn't blurr at all its just not as smooth as my 23inch led vga screen. But i must say in game i certainly can see the difference between vga and hdmi . I just hope its not the television
