I just scanned my HDD and the health is only 13% and has only 27 days left but working perfectly fine, should I be worried?

With which diagnostic software did you pull those results? We would recommend you to use the software of the manufacturer which is specifically designed to test your drive.

All storage devices should be treated as if they were going to die in the next 0.25 sec. Even brand new out of the box.
Proceed accordingly.
